I was excited to buy my first "green" mattress. Unfortunately, 2 inch deep divots 8 inches in length appeared less than a year and a half later. I called and emailed customer service. The owner said my husband was too big/fat for the mattress I got. There were no recommended weights on the mattress descriptions and I had never purchased a mattress before. The owner was also supposed to call and come look at our mattress, but never did. Disappointed and will not buy from this company again.

Slept on my queen size mattress for over one year now and it is comfortable! Buying this remains one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. You will need to line up help to move it tho it is HEAVY.

For me is very important to use organic for my children. I bought a mattress for both of my children in My Green Mattress. I feel satisfied with quality and service. My kids also like them. Thank you.

I purchased this mattress for my daughter who values having organic products. The mattress was easy to unpack and assemble, she did a little video of it! Really fun! She loves the mattress although it was very firm. I purchased an organic foam mattress topper and that worked perfectly.
All is well.

The time between placing the actual order and receiving the mattresses was exceptional. The mattresses were at our front door within a few days, and they were well packaged and free from damage.

The latex topper was a fantastic addition to my old mattress (traditional spring). It helped alleviate some of the joint pain I was experiencing with just my spring mattress. I would not recommend using this on your old mattress if your old mattress is starting to dent/sag in the middle. The topper will not be as effective.
I also love the waterproof organic cotton mattress pad from MyGreenMattress. It fits my full mattress + topper nicely.
Also, I previously bought an all latex mattress from MyGreenMattress for my sister and she loves it!
I highly recommend this company if you are looking for natural and non-toxic sleep products!

Very quick shipping! Great wrapping of package that allows you to drag into house! Best to keep it wrapped till you get it in room! When you unwrap it do so with care as it expands with force! Very firm and comfortable. I’ve purchased two now, appear well made and durable!

I have been sleeping on my new Green Mattress for about a week now and I am really happy so far! My lower back feels supported and I have fewer morning aches. I am a side/back/and stomach sleeper. So, I needed something firm but with enough give to keep my shoulder from getting sore when lying on my side. This mattress seems pretty perfect. The mattress arrived very quickly (within 10 days of the order). We opened it up to let it air out. The wool smell was noticeable for the first couple days, but it wasn't a bad smell....just wool-y!

My Green Mattress online assistant helped answer all of my questions before our purchase. We purchased the mattress topper upon their recommendation for our needs. It was spot on. Made the bed the comfort level we were looking for!

I loved my Pure Echo right out of the roll! The "aroma" that some mention was minimal. Natural products like wool do have a natural scent, but it dissipated within the first 24 hours. The firmness is perfect! I am not using a topper, just the Organic Cotton Waterproof Mattress Protector and a new set of modal sheets from Bed, Bath & Beyond. Customer service at mygreenmattress.com helped me a lot in deciding on my purchase. Great company! Great products!

Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this company! Love the integrity, obvious care, and commitment to health by the owner, Tim! All the mattresses are Greenguard Gold certified which gave me peace of mind since my elderly mother is sensitive to anything toxic. We were impressed with the well made high quality mattress that we received! My mother LOVES her bed and is grateful for such comfort and beauty rolled into one!

Mattress came within two weeks, packaged very tightly, easy to open and setup. It had minimal initial smell that was unnoticeable by nighttime. The mattress was more firm than we expected, but WOW, my body felt so good after the first sleep. It’s got a great bounce to it, firm edges that don’t sag, and great support that feels wonderful on the back.

The next time we buy a mattress, won’t buy anything else. Great price and product!

The process to purchase a mattress was straightforward and easy. I wanted it to be Made in America and supportive of folks with allergies. Getting to know the company through their videos and address those two must-haves was very helpful. So far, I am adjusting well to my new mattress. I am resting without issues. Bumping up to the queen size has been helpful for me and my dogs as we have more room to spread out now.

The whole ordering experience was really easy and I felt so informed about the mattress before I even got it. I love the feel of the mattress. It's a little firm for my taste but I already knew that would be the case because of all of the great info on their site. I'll be ordering a mattress topper in the coming months. For what I got the price was fantastic. I will start recommending my green mattress to all of my clients!
